Shipping policy

We currently ship within Canada.

Shipping rates
Standard shipping is $12 CAD. Standard shipping is free on orders of $75 CAD or more. Express shipping is $20 CAD.

Estimated delivery
Standard delivery is normally 3–5 business days after dispatch. Express delivery is normally 1–2 business days after dispatch. Processing time is generally 1–3 business days and may be longer for custom, personalized, wholesale, or high-volume orders.

Tracking
Tracking information is sent by email when available after your order ships.

Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. Contact nativtexoffical@gmail.com as soon as possible if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed.

Delays and lost packages
Carrier delays may occur outside our control. If tracking shows a problem or your package has not arrived within a reasonable time, contact nativtexoffical@gmail.com with your order number.

Damaged deliveries
Please photograph the package and product and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate solution.
